The project comprises the design and construction of a single block of 8 two bedroomed apartments on two floors including associated car parking, external paving, landscape works and new access road. Consisting of a reinforced concrete ground slab on deep strip foundations, external walls with blockwork inner leaf and facing brickwork, roof structure is of trussed timber rafters with Redland Mini – Stonewold concrete roof tiling. Including associated drainage works, incoming service connections, constructing new tarmacadam access road and parking areas with external paving and landscape works and galvanised steel external staircases.
