New build storage building and production facility consisting of a steel framed structure on pad and strip foundations, with blockwork and metal cladding. Internally there is a fine tolerance concrete ground floor and part mezzanine floor providing plant platforms, offices and showroom. Externally there is a concrete service yard with gabion retaining walls to the boundary.
