The project involved the refurbishment of existing offices at first and sixth floors with phased handovers in occupied premises. Alterations of existing offices, demolition, internal partitions, the creation of a Mock shop and P.R. showroom with shop fit out and mechanical, electrical and data services involved in all aspects of the works. The project was run 24/7 with consideration given to the existing tenants
