Sovereign Network Group Development Framework

We have been selected to the Sovereign Network Group Development Framework across the London & East, South, and West regions, delivering projects ranging from £1M to £45M. This appointment reflects our continued commitment to quality, collaboration, and delivering exceptional residential developments. Our teams are looking forward to working closely with Sovereign Network Group in the years ahead to deliver high-quality homes across Greater London and the wider region.

Constellia Framework

We are also pleased to announce our appointment to the Constellia Framework. Constellia is the UK’s leading neutral vendor procurement partner, providing a fully compliant and streamlined route for public and private sector organisations to procure services, goods, works and technology through a single access point. Through its extensive marketplace of pre-vetted suppliers and flexible procurement models, Constellia supports clients including major Government bodies such as the Home Office and Transport for London, delivering faster, more efficient and value-driven project outcomes.

As part of this framework, LIFE Build is now positioned to deliver new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £30M across London and the South East, including Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire.
