Great progress on our 57 bed residential care home for Salveo Care

The LIFE Build team is making excellent progress in Wendover, where we are delivering a new 57-bed residential care home.

Through the use of piled raft foundations, combined with a structural steel frame and composite concrete floors, we’ve been able to efficiently deliver the superstructure within a tight programme. The Mansard roof is now watertight, enabling internal partitions and M&E first fix works to advance at pace.

We are currently progressing the façade works, including high-quality stone porticos, alongside premium internal finishes and bespoke joinery.
