Ongoing Expansion

As part of LIFE Build’s ongoing expansion into the private independent school sector, we are proud to announce our latest project: a £9 million development at the prestigious Radley College, one of the UK’s most iconic educational institutions.

This exciting project involves the extension and enhancement of the college’s existing Music School. Key features include the construction of a new 250-seat concert hall, named Silk Hall, as well as a complete reconfiguration of the existing internal spaces. The Music School’s distinctive pentagonal design will be further accentuated by the addition of new rooftop plant equipment. Working with the client’s design team of architect Design Engine and quantity surveyors Ridge and Partners, work is set to commence on-site in August, with a scheduled 17-month timeline for completion.
