LIFE Build were awarded the project to construct a three storey detached residential building.

The project involved the construction of a three-story detached residential building with a concrete frame.
This facility consists of eight apartments and two guest rooms for assisted living, providing ample living space.
In addition to the apartments, the design included communal areas, such as a prayer room and a solarium, enhancing the living experience for residents. The development also features necessary external works and a drainage system to ensure proper functionality and utility.

The project incorporated high levels of insulation and achieved an air permeability score of 0.5, supported by the use of air source heat pumps (ASHPs), photovoltaic panels (PV), and a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system.
