Having previously collaborated with Garden Studios, we were appointed through negotiation to undertake this refurbishment.
The project focused on achieving optimal internal acoustic conditions suitable for live audiences and studio production.

The former warehouse and distribution centre has been transformed into three state-of-the-art film sound stages through a fast-track build programme completed in just 17 weeks, aligning perfectly with the client’s goal to commence filming this month.

The scope included the installation of specialist M&E systems and lighting rigs, as well as over cladding the existing dock levellers to enhance the building’s acoustic properties.
