The project comprised the demolition of existing buildings and site clearance to facilitate the construction of a new stage.

The new stage comprised mass concrete foundations and trench footings, a portal steel frame with roofing and cladding sheets. The construction included the installation of high-level steelwork to form a working platform level; the installation of a new goods lift; new toilet facilities. Acoustic requirements with isolated steelwork, were installed along with appropriate roofing and cladding sheets and external doors. The project was tendered in 10 days and on site in 15 days.
