Bishops Palace House, Riverside, Kingston upon Thames

We were awarded this prestigious and complex project to convert an underground car park into six new riverside restaurants.

The project, alongside Kingston Bridge on the River Thames, entailed the conversion of the underground car park into six new waterside restaurants.

A complete makeover of the external façade and an upgrading of the riverside walkway and terrace was also undertaken giving a spectacular new visual impact. The works took place within an occupied building, which included TK Maxx, a solicitors practice and a night club. Health & Safety and the impact of noise was of paramount concern with the walkway open to the public throughout.
