The project involved the refurbishment of existing offices at first and sixth floors levels with phased handovers in occupied premises.

The scheme also entailed the alteration of existing offices, including demolition and the removal of internal partitions. We also created a “Mock shop” which included a full shop fit out with new mechanical, electrical and data services involved in all aspects of the works. The project was run 24/7 with consideration given to the existing tenants.
