Gayhurst Road, High Wycombe

LIFE Build delivered the development of 24 residential flats at Gayhurst Road, High Wycombe. This £6.2M scheme followed a traditional construction methodology, with a total programme duration of 84 weeks. The development comprised a blend of one- and two-bedroom apartments arranged over three storeys. In addition to the residential units, the project included the creation of shared communal areas, extensive hard and soft landscaping, dedicated bicycle and refuse storage facilities, and provision for 24 on-site parking spaces.
