Millbrook Close, High Wycombe, Bucks

A complex of four townhouses and nine apartments for rent were constructed on a brownfield site at the edge of a community park.

We designed the dwellings to meet level 3 standard of the Code for Sustainable homes and they feature:

Environmentally friendly materials, incorporating a highly insulated building envelope and heating using an air source heat pump.
Timber-frame constructions and a mix of brick and render elevations under a part-green, part zinc roof.
