The White House, Hostel, Ashford, Middlesex

We were awarded the contract to construct a 31-bed homeless hostel for single people on the site of the former White House.

The building is to be managed for Spelthorne Borough Council by the Salvation Army.

The new build hostel situated in Kingston Road, Ashford provides temporary accommodation and consists of 27 en-suite bedrooms alongside four – one bedroom flats. The project includes staff offices, communal kitchen facilities and rest rooms. Also included a standalone energy centre and all associated landscaping and parking facilities.
