Princes and Collins Street, Oxford

We were awarded the contract to deliver a total of 26 residential units across two separate sites: Princes Street and Collins Street.

At Collins Street, the scope involved the design and construction of a three-storey residential block comprising 14 self-contained flats, consisting of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, all intended for market rent.

At Princes Street, we undertook the design and construction of a two-storey residential block comprising 12 self-contained flats. This site also includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, designated for social rent.


Both developments have been designed to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes.
